Covid update:  We have installed some new safety measures to protect staff and customers during this time. We ask that you please respect social distancing guidelines (2 m), pre-order if possible (guidelines below), and do not enter our premises if you are sick with cough, fever or any respiratory illness.  We have also increased the frequency of  sanitizing the customer service area and are limiting the number of customers in the store to 1 customer/group at at time.  We cannot accept reusable containers or coffee thermoses at this time.  Take out only, no dine – in. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe!

Pre-order for pick-up:

Pre-order whole pies from the weekly menu below 72 hours before the pick-up date. Pre-order pie slices , cookies, and buttermilk biscuits by 12 pm the day before the pick-up date.  Email your order request to info@halfbakedcookiecompany.com or text 778-848-0105 along with your name, phone number, and pick up date/time (Orders are not confirmed until you hear back from us).  Pre-order Tall Shadow bread

Saturday, December 5.

Small quantities will be available for same day purchase for walk-in customers on a first come first serve basis.
 We do not wholesale or deliver our products.

Please note our menu changes on a daily basis. We aim to have a selection of 5 – 7 types of pie daily, but we recommend pre-ordering your whole pie from the selection below for Thursday – Sunday pickup only with 72 hours notice (our pies are made from scratch and take 2 – 3 days preparation time).  Please go to our pie menu page for information on ordering a custom pie (not on the weekly menu below). *Sorry no more custom orders for December 2020.*

Chocolate Haupia

Our Hawaiian style chocolate haupia is with light and fluffy layers of dark and milk chocolate coconut pudding with creamy coconut pudding, all topped with fresh whipped cream, dark chocolate and toasted coconut.

Lemon Custard

Our tart and refreshing lemon custard. Smooth and creamy made with real lemon juice!


Juicy sour cherries in this classic pie, done right!

Coconut Cream

Our quadruple coconut cream pie made with rich coconut pastry cream and real vanilla. Topped with fresh whipped cream, white chocolate and toasted coconut flakes!

Banoffee Cream Pie

Our West coast twist on English style banoffee pie starts with fresh, ripe bananas layered with dulce de leche caramel and vanilla bean pastry cream, topped off with real espresso whipped cream and garnished with chocolate crispearls.

Berries & Cream

A delicious blend of juicy fruit, including apples, peaches, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries baked with a vanilla crème fraiche topping.
