Pie Menu for January 16 – 19, 2020

Please note our menu changes on a daily basis. We aim to have a selection of 5 – 7 types of pie daily, but please call ahead or pre-order your whole pie to guarantee availability. As all our pies are made from scratch and take 2 – 3 days preparation time, please order your whole pie from the weekly menu at least 48 hours in advance. All other pies can be requested at least 72 hours in advance (availability not guaranteed).

French Chocolate Silk

Our intensely rich dark chocolate mousse features 64% Cacao Barry extra bitter couverture, garnished with whipped cream for an elegant dessert.

Island Time

Our 2017 Vanfoodster pie challenge award winning pie! Featuring our own coconut shortbread crust, topped with exotic passion fruit and creamy coconut custard. Garnished with whipped cream rosettes for a dessert that’ll impress!

Coconut Cream

Our quadruple coconut cream is for coconut lover's only! Triple coconut vanilla pastry cream topped with fresh whipped cream and garnished with coconut flakes and white chocolate.

Apple Crumb

Our apple crumb pie features local tart and sweet apples, cooked with brown sugar and spices and topped off with golden crunchy streusel topping.

Blue & Black

BC blueberries and juicy blackberries in our double crust pastry. A new classic!

Berries & Cream

Our most loaded fruit & custard pie with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples and peaches, baked with vanilla creme fraiche on top!
