Bakery Menu for September 12 – 15 , 2019
Please note our menu changes on a daily basis. We aim to have a selection of 5 – 7 types of pie daily, but please call ahead or pre-order your whole pie to guarantee availability. (Please note 48 hours notice requested for pies on our weekly menu, 72 hours notice for custom pies).
Open Thursday to Friday from 10:30AM to 5:30PM
& Saturday to Sunday from 10AM to 5PM
Pineapple Express – Juicy tropical pineapple in a rum and lime creme fraiche custard, topped off with coconut streusel.
French Chocolate Silk – Dreamy 64% Cacao Barry dark chocolate mousse with a shot of Galileo espresso to round out the flavour profile. Garnished with whipped cream.
Island Time – Our 2017 Vanfoodster pie challenge award winning creation! Featuring exotic passion fruit and creamy coconut custard, on our own coconut shortbread crust.
Coconut Custard – Southern style comfort in our vanilla-scented sweet coconut custard made with fresh cream.
Banofee– Classic vanilla bean pastry cream layered with fresh bananas and dulce de leche caramel, topped with espresso whipped cream and dark chocolate crispearls.
Ginger Peach – Juicy Okanagan peaches with fresh and ground ginger for a bit of zing! Our last week for peach pies until next summer.
Plum – Loads of local prune plums, in a juicy filling with a touch of cardamom spice for a unique fruit dessert.
Shortbread & Cookies
Shortbread – Our crunchy all-butter shortbread cookies that started it all! Original, coconut, hazelnut, rosemary brown sugar and ginger cardamom, available in singles or by the pack.
Drop cookies – Available fresh baked or frozen cookie dough balls. Chocolate chunk, oatmeal milk chocolate pecan, malted Malaysian, matcha white chocolate, toffee butterscotch and white chocolate macadamia.
