Bakery Menu for June 27 – 28, 2019

We are CLOSED for Canada Day Long weekend, Saturday June 29 – Sunday June 20

Please note our menu changes on a daily basis. We aim to have a selection of 5 – 7 types of pie daily, but please call ahead or pre-order your whole pie to guarantee availability. (Please note 48 hours notice requested for pies on our weekly menu, 72 hours notice for custom pies).

Open Thursday to Friday from 10:30AM to 5:30PM & Saturday to Sunday from 10AM to 5PM


Pies – $28/$30

Blueberry Rhubarb – Gorgeous fruit combo featuring BC blueberries and local tart Rhubarb. Juicy and mildly sweet, all in our double crust pastry.

Apple Blackberry  – Tart and sweet BC organic apples mixed with juicy blackberries in our all butter pastry.

Chocolate Silk – The most luxurious and dreamy French dark chocolate mousse ever!  Made with Cacao Barry 64% dark chocolate and Galileo espresso, perfect for a sophisticated dessert any time of day.

Nutella Banana Cream – Recently named on Vancouver Magazine’s favorite things editors ate in 2018, featuring fresh bananas and rich nutella pastry cream, topped with whipped cream, banana chips and dark chocolate curls.

Maple “Crack”  – Our spin on sugar pie, featuring Quebec maple sugar, fresh cream and real vanilla bean baked into an smooth custard.

Ginger Pecan – For those that like it spicy!  Our ginger pecan pie features lots of fresh toasted pecans, with candied ginger, fresh ginger and ground ginger in an ooey gooey filling.

Island Time – Our 2017 Vanfoodster pie challenge award winning creation, featuring exotic passion fruit and creamy coconut custard on top of coconut shortbread crust. 


Cookies

Drop cookies – Chocolate chunk, white chocolate macadamia, oatmeal milk chocolate pecan, toffee butterscotch, malted malaysian (2018 Vanfoodster cookie challenge winner), matcha white chocolate, peanut butter, etc.

Shortbread – Our all butter shortbread is the foundation of our business!  We offer various flavours including original, coconut, hazelnut, ginger cardamom, and rosemary brown sugar.
