Please note our menu changes on a daily basis. We aim to have a selection of 5 – 7 types of pie per week, but please call ahead or pre-order your whole pie to guarantee availability. (Please note 48 hours notice requested for pies on our weekly menu, 72 hours notice for custom pies).
Open Thursday to Friday from 10:30AM to 5:30PM & Saturday to Sunday from 10AM to 5PM
Pies – $28/$30
Blue Hawaiian – Sweet BC blueberries and tropical pineapple in one of our juiciest pies! A winning fruit combination in our double crust pastry.
Apple Blackberry – Tart and sweet BC organic apples mixed with juicy blackberries and a touch of brown sugar and cinnamon, in our all butter pastry.
Chocolate Haupia – Our signature Hawaiian style pie featuring layers of chocolate coconut pudding and coconut pudding, topped with whipped cream, toasted coconut and dark chocolate flakes.
Sea to Sky – Our decadent twist on pecan pie, featuring dark chocolate chunks and coconut in a gooey pecan pie with a shot of Galileo espresso!
Boston Banana – Our most popular banana cream pie variation starts off with chocolate pastry and fresh bananas, layered with vanilla bean diplomat cream and drenched with chocolate ganache.
Vancouver mud pie – Chocolate lovers will love this! Chocolate shortbread crust and flourless chocolate cake, topped with dark chocolate custard and whipped cream.
Lemon Custard – A humble and refreshing lemon pie with lots of fresh lemon juice and a touch of cream makes a perfect companion to a strong cup of joe.
