Here are some of the treats we’re baking up for the week of April 16th. We aim to have at least 3 pies available every day but come early for best selection (and you can always pre-order your whole pie with 48 hours notice or grab a take and bake fruit pie!) Our espresso bar is now open and serving fresh roasted Galileo Coffee from Britannia Beach, BC. Warm up with our signature mocha made with Galileo espresso and only French Cacao Barry dark chocolate for chocolate lovers only!

Apples ‘N’ Cream – Our version of dutch apple pie begins with granny smith apples baked in a vanilla-scented creme fraiche custard topped with crunchy cinnamon spiced streusel.
Island Time – Our Hawaiian inspired 2017 Vanfoodster pie challenge award winner! Featuring a velvety smooth passion fruit and coconut cream custard in our signature coconut shortbread crust.
Nutella Banana Cream – Bananas and nutella pastry cream in our banana cream pie this week, a real crowd pleaser! Topped with whipped cream and milk chocolate curls.
Pecan – Classic pecan pie at its finest. Not too sweet, and just the right amount of gooey, with a touch of bourbon.
Blueberry Rhubarb – Juicy BC blueberries and tart rhubarb in this sweet-tart double-crusted fruit pie.
Espresso Cream – Our most caffeinated pie features Howe’s blend espresso bean pastry cream, espresso whipped cream, and a bit of dark chocolate!
Cheesecake ($5-$5.50/slice, 8″ $34)
Pink Peppercorn Cheesecake – Mildly spicy and fruity pink peppercorn creme fraiche cheesecake with strawberry coulis on original shortbread crust. A must try!

Our cookies are now available in stores across the Lower Mainland.
Our original shortbread features the delicate fragrance of pure vanilla beans from the island of Tahiti. The flavor of fresh butter is enhanced with a touch of kosher salt.
Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flour, unsalted butter, vanilla bean, sugar, Kosher salt.
Our coconut shortbread cookies are made with unsweetened shredded coconut for more coconut flavor and less sugar.

We make our hazelnut shortbread cookies using raw, organic hazelnuts that we roast before putting in to the cookie. We do this so we have more control over the hazelnut flavor.

With a strong but not too intense rosemary flavor coming from fresh, local rosemary and a touch of brown sugar, our rosemary brown sugar shortbread is a local favorite. This is our favorite combination that packs a lot of flavor with very little sugar so it is not too sweet.

With the intense flavor of ginger using crystallized ginger from The Ginger People and the gentle, lingering taste of cardamon, this shortbread cookie is roller coaster of flavor.

Our matcha green tea shortbread features fine matcha powder from Japan for an intense smooth flavour.
