Here are some of the treats we’re baking up for the week of September 18th. We aim to have at least 3 pies available every day but come early for best selection (and you can always pre-order your whole pie with 48 hours notice or grab a take and bake fruit pie!) Our espresso bar is now open and serving fresh roasted Galileo Coffee from Britannia Beach, BC. Cool off with an iced latte made with Howe’s Blend Espresso.

Matcha Red Bean – Recently named on Narcity Vancouver’s Bucket list of desserts to try , this pie will take your taste buds straight to Japan! We start with our homemade chunky red bean paste (Tsubu-an anko), layered with Japanese green tea pastry cream, and topped off with fluffy whipped cream and Coconama matcha white chocolate shavings.
Banoffee – Our twist on the English classic! Fresh ripe bananas and vanilla bean pastry cream, layered with dulce de leche caramel and topped with espresso whipped cream and candied pecans.
Chocolate Cream – Rich 64% Cacao Barry extra bitter Guayaquil custard for real chocolate addicts! Topped with fresh whipped cream and dark chocolate flakes.
Plum – BC Italian prune plums are featured in this sweet and juicy pie, enhanced with a touch of sugar, lemon juice and cardamom spice in our classic all butter double crust.
Nectarine Strawberry – Okanagan nectarines and strawberries from Krause Berry farms in our flaky double crust.
Peach – Juicy Okanagan peaches with vanilla bean and cinnamon in our all butter pastry.
“Crack” Berries and Cream – A jumble of summer fruits, including nectarines, apples, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries baked with a tangy creme fraiche topping and a touch of brown sugar. A must try!
Our original shortbread features the delicate fragrance of pure vanilla beans from the island of Tahiti. The flavor of fresh butter is enhanced with a touch of kosher salt.
Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flour, unsalted butter, vanilla bean, sugar, Kosher salt.
Our coconut shortbread cookies are made with unsweetened shredded coconut for more coconut flavor and less sugar.

We make our hazelnut shortbread cookies using raw, organic hazelnuts that we roast before putting in to the cookie. We do this so we have more control over the hazelnut flavor.
Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flour, unsalted butter, fresh roasted organic hazelnuts, sugar, kosher salt.
With a strong but not too intense rosemary flavor coming from fresh, local rosemary and a touch of brown sugar, our rosemary brown sugar shortbread is a local favorite. This is our favorite combination that packs a lot of flavor with very little sugar so it is not too sweet.

With the intense flavor of ginger using crystallized ginger from The Ginger People and the gentle, lingering taste of cardamon, this shortbread cookie is roller coaster of flavor.
